CurrentFrom sourcing passive talent to pitching / closing candidate offers and everything in between. I lead the tech recruitment at Braves Technologies.• Responsible for full time /permanent/contract recruitment for clients requiring. (USA/Australia/Singapore/India).• Evaluated and matched candidate resumes to the client requirements, to determine the best applicant for the job.• Understanding the client’s requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Resume sourcing and filtering based on the criteria of Skillset, Years of Experience, Location, Projects worked on, Salary Expectations, Education, etc.• Sourcing candidates through searches, job postings on the Internet, employee referrals, candidate referrals, in-house database, reference and background checks, cold calling and personal Network.• Following up with the candidates before & after they join the company.• Maintenance of weekly recruiting activity reports to track recruiting efforts compared to established goals.• Set priorities and tracked metrics of new & current requirements.• Partnered with hiring managers to develop criteria and a recruiting strategy, formulate job descriptions, and advise on compensation on current market.•Develop Job profile and descriptions; post, maintain and monitor them on the Job Boards.•Updating databases to maintain current pool of candidates sourced via Internet.•Utilizing creative sourcing methods including networking, referrals, research, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.Screen:• Phone screening of candidates, conducting face to face interviews.• Negotiated wage rates and benefit packages and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.• Interview scheduling and following-up candidates.• Source, pre-screen, and vet all prospective candidates, in regard to required skill sets, salary requirements, clearance checks/eligibility and date of availability.
