I led a variety of analyses and design validation projects, investigated the root causes of failed components and devised plans to alleviate recurrences. I have also led several initiatives to improve engineering methods and processes. These contributions were recognized and awarded by executive management.

Renzo Tonin & Associates is an engineering consultancy firm specializing in acoustics, vibration and structural dynamics. The firm provides a high-tech engineering approach to resolve challenges associated with acoustics and vibrations to architects, engineers and town planners.I provided expert advice on various vibration and structural dynamics related subjects. Performed vibration surveys, modal analysis and Finite Element model based studies to identify the root causes and solve various engineering problems that had been persisting and causing significant cost to my clients.

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of New South Wales is the preeminent center for engineering studies and research in Australia.Taught and mentored undergraduate and master’s students over 14 subjects. Supported lecturers preparing teaching materials, grading student assignments and conducting demonstrations.
