As an intern with the League of Fairfax Women Voters, I work to encourage citizens to be informed and actively participate in government, increase voters understanding of major public policy issues, and influence public policy through education and advocacy. Working with the team, we focus on using Social Media posts to educate young voters about voter registration and elections. We highlight important days for Virginia citizens and encourage all youth to use their voices at the polls.
