Ensure all customer collateral and credit file has received then stored by Bank accordance with the Indonesian Central Bank (BI) regulatory and Credit Risk policy, also ensure collateral data has inputted to core banking such as personal data of debtors, reports of commercial banks (LBU for Collateral level).Notification to user for the error process of transaction.Remind and control to all branches for incompletely credit document (collateral & credit file) in order that branches completely immediately.Analysis for the performance of branches, as well as giving rewards and punishments for each operational activity especially in monitoring the debtor's collateral.

Reconciliation between proposals with realizations of loan disbursement, ensure every credit process complying with Credit risk policy.Monitoring for potential unwithdrawn of loan or disbursement, to ensured credit loans has distributed to a right and a needed debtors.

Maintains revenue by establishing, implementing, and controlling billing system; supervising staffObtains revenue by resolving order and invoice disputes; maintaining customer relations; resolving problems with bank transfer.Reconciliation of electric journal ATM, Solving a Cash (Catridge) discrepancy, ATM fault Monitoring and related other.
