20+ years of rich industry experience in overall management & setting up of the techno-commercial operations & developing business in DC, IT infrastructure & Telecom Domain. Having an extensive experience in DC services across the areas of building and managing e2e solutions, Pre-Sales Support, Client Engagement, Service Delivery, Product Development & Business Development. Also having an exposure in DC migration & managed services design. As a Lead for DC,Compute & Cloud Domain I’m leading initiative in India for BT wrt strategy formulation,service rollout,business development and supporting sales & presales team for DC/cloud opportunities. Spearheaded the evolution of the Market test in India to a fully launched product for BT Cloud Solutions Enabled sales force to position global BT Compute Products in the market. Prior to BT, I worked for Tulip Telecom as the GM Data Center and established DC BU right from the scratch, which included Planning, Implementing & Managing Data Centers on National Level During my stay at Tulip I did Due Diligence for new ventures and evaluation of new DC projects & Technology for the org. Built up team of around 50 people . In a nutshell built and optimize market unit to deliver streamlined & cost effective services to both external and internal customer base. During my stay with TCL (fka VSNL) in the capacities of Head IT & DC Practice, Sr Mgr Internet & Manager INMARSAT and have been responsible for problem management and change management and capacity planning , service delivery and service assurance for large DC & IT in north. Played key role in implementing quality management norms I have lead design and build 4 DC project and IT Infrastructure for Tire-3 DC. I was handling team of 40 people My experience spans across multiple industry verticals including Banking, e-Governance, Power, Transportation & Tourism, Media. I was part of the core team which introduced ,implemented & delivered internet as a service in India.
