Led all the above Programs from Concept to Launch without any major issues.• Completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Advantage Program• Certified – Six Sigma Green BeltRESPONSIBILITIES• Perform High Level Studies (Carrier Studies) starting from Intention Milestone to support Investment Studies. • Develop Species and Complexity Charts for BIW.• Perform Detail Feasibility Simulations – Step C (Sync 2) and Step 2 (Sync 3) and manage issues.• Perform Paint Product Standards check to ensure requirements are met.• Support Process Verification and Tool Design Reviews to ensure Capex is Optimized and push for Product Solutions.• Ensure BIW build strategy meets Dimensional/EBO requirements• Vertical Integration – Make and Buy Alignment with extended team.• Develop Process Maps with Station level Weld/Sealing information.• Lead, Develop and Align Weld Equivalent Targets for Capex Optimization with Engineering.• Change Management – Ensure Product, Process and Tooling are aligned and ensure Product changes have minimal impact to manufacturing.• Support all Pilot Build Phases up to Job1.
