Working with TCS in admin-procurement department and managing vendor contracts, procurement of technical equipment , related services & process digitization at PAN INDIA level. I am part of negotiation committee who does procurement of equipment and technical services for refurbishment/ renovation / Expansion of existing premises.Have also managed Infrastructure Projects procurement, services contracts & complete admin supply chain management for TCS BPO division at PAN India Level.

I have worked with Bharti – AXA in Admin / Infrastructure dept. & was coordinating with internal & external stakeholder for all projects planning /execution. I worked as a SPOC in Infrastructure department to manage all inter department activities. I have also managed vendor contracts i.e. AMCs, service agreements, rate contracts, vendor development, Real estate agreements, new branches / Infra projects, renovation projects, procurement of office equipments & other services such as facility management, helpdesk, R&M, housekeeping, security, courier and stationery. I was responsible for implementing new processes & policies for Infra & Admin department.

I have worked with ICICI Bank in Infrastructure dept. as a Regional Head – Infra & Admin for Rajasthan, was managing new projects , procurement and admin operations such as fit-out projects, Property sourcing , security ,housekeeping, R&M , vendor development , CRA & ATM network etc.

I have worked with Lumax in supply chain department and was responsible for FORD business end to end i.e. vendor development, production & planning, quality control, procurement, logistics and new product development etc. I was working a SPOC for Ford business.
