Managing Staffing Operations, Business Development, Key Account Management and Recruitment for Guj/MPCG/Pune and ROM region and proud leader of 20+ team mates.Adecco Group India- May 2014 till Sept 2018worked with Adecco where responsible for sales and operations across Baroda and South Gujarat.Managing 3000+ associate base and 100+ clients.Managing team of 9FTEs and 10 Supervisors.Since my joining doubled the branch numbers and revenue.Glimpse of journey- Banking and Finance2008I have started my career in 2008 through campus placement with ICICI Securities Ltd as RM.It was a frontline sales job in very good market of Baroda.During the period I was a performer and was amongst the top RMs of India.one of those who won bike and got opportunity to meet MD of the company.2009Joined HDFC Bank in June 2009 and left in Nov'2009 2010Rejoined Isec in 2010.promoted as BM in Nov'10.I was one of the youngest BM in country.During my journey in role of BM initially it was very challenging to manage team and self revenue but I did managed and performed.Was a Part of Talent Pool of my company where successful sales person can get a chance to grow higher in grade by passing through Panel Interview.Promoted as Senior BM in April 2011.Have experience of working in Baroda and outskirts and Surat along with it's surrounded areas.Career ObjectiveI want to become a successful sales person and team leader.By adding creativity in work I always want to set a benchmark which can be a positive example for others.
