Worked until February 2020 with on-boarding new CFO preparing Annual Reports for the Panzerglass Group. Furthermore, was involved in financial aspects of new start-up company Pond Twelve. Assisted with management reporting issues at EdgemoA/S, a company under the Juul Bach Holding Group with head office in Hinnerup. Assisted CFO of Egiss A/S, Birkerød, a company under the Juul Bach Holding Group in developing a new Cash Flow model. As the CFO of Egiss A/S had to step down with health issues in August 2020, I assisted the CEO during a due diligence process. Edgemo A/S and Egiss A/S were sold by Juul Bach Holding Group in 2020/21 and in the remaining part of the Group there were no tasks available, so my employment ended by end of August 2021.

Took over as Interim CFO in May 2019. Main tasks include Monthly Reporting, credit issues with major Customers, analysis of workflow on purchases, stock levels as well as obsolete stocks. Assisted in on boarding of new CFO in Autumn 2019 as well as preparation of the Annual Accounts for the Panzerglass Group for 2019.
