Job Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of Help Desk and Desktop Services to ensure a stable and secured infrastructure environment is maintained- Market Data Management - Supervise and coach team(s) of system consultants and engineers providing system administration support so that day-to-day activities can be processed timely with good quality- Maintain a stable environment for the Desktop and OA devices and ensure the patches are deployed per schedule- Provide technical solution on system hardware, software and security for business and infrastructure projects- Design desk side infrastructure and architecture as per business strategy and assist in IT strategies / policy planning- Ensure related regulatory, audit and internal control requirements are met

Projects/Achievements1. Exchange 2016 (On-Premise) and Office 2016 Upgrade Project – Managing a P&L, project budget and evaluate existing email infrastructure (IBM Domino 8.5). Helped drew up and implemented the migration plan, worked with internal application team for email integration issue and manage project team members to migrated approximately 2800 mailboxes from Domino to Exchange, 3000 PCs from office 2007 to office 2016. (Hong Kong and all oversea branches)2. Blackberry UEM Upgrade Project – Evaluated, designed and implemented Blackberry UEM infrastructure and migrated all mobile devices from Good For Enterprise to Blackberry UEM.3. Citrix Platform Enhancement Project – Evaluate and work with application team to design and integrate multiple bank systems to Citrix platform for IT and oversea branch use.4. Digital Meeting System Project - Evaluate top management committee meeting workflow and implemented Azeus Convene system for going paperless.

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.- Write training manuals. Train computer users. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. - Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Ask questions to determine nature of problem. Walk customer through problem-solving process. - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Install computer peripherals for users.- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Gain feedback from customers about computer usage. Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

- To perform desktop management (Novell Zenworks, Active Directory, CA Solution), Antivirus system (Symantec, TrendMirco), create and update standard desktop image and cloning that meets corporate requirement- To perform daily server administration including server performance monitoring and tuning- To perform helpdesk and system support, troubleshoot any connection / configuration problem caused by hardware / desktop software / operation system / Lotus Notes / Confidential Mail System (NSPRO) / Blackberry and to tackle the problem in minimum down time- Assist in tracking project progress, status, issues and action items- To prepare document on operation procedures, hardware / software inventory, support statistics and incident logging
