  I lead an amazing team of 10 data scientists driving insights for customer growth analytics for Microsoft's Experiences and Devices organization as part of the organization known as the world's largest data aggregator.My team specializes in growth analytics, trackers (concept and design coined by me in 2018) and in-product experimentation. This custom flywheel of analytical concepts are designed to work together at scale in a complex enterprise to paint an end to end picture for growth analytics (particularly useful for digital marketing and in-product growth experiences).
