I have over six years of experience in the fitness industry, working with diverse populations and settings, such as gyms, schools, and hospitals. I hold certifications in basic life support, first aid, and advanced sports nutrition, and I am skilled in corrective exercise, exercise physiology, and sports nutrition. I am passionate about helping people improve their health, wellness, and performance through evidence-based and holistic approaches. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in kinesiology and exercise science at the University at Buffalo, where I am working on statistical analysis of heart rate data.
