•Sep 1996- Aug 2008 (Government of Rajasthan): Planning, Execution Guidance, Monitoring and Evaluation of Centrally Sponsored Watershed and Rural Development schemes in State Government of Rajasthan. Worked at Block, District and State levels, remained OIC of state level initiatives in Department of Watershed Development and Soil Conservation, Government of Rajasthan. •Sep 2008- Till date (National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India): Training, research and consultancy in application of Geospatial technology in flagships like Watershed, PMGSY, MGNREGA etc. 2020-2021, head of training and research center in NIRDPR. 2021-till date faculty member at Center for Rural Infrastructure and dealing with Training and Research in Rural Infrastructure, Jal Jeevan Mission, Swacch Bharat Mission.•During 2010-1015 part of NIRDPR Jaipur center (It continues for five years) as second administrator in its formation in 2010 to exit in 2015 apart from performing academic duties in NIRDPR Jaipur center.•Teaching-2010-Till date: Taking classes for PGDGARD (1 year distance GIS programme) and 3 credit 30 class course on "Soil and Water Conservation" for PGDRM (2 years AICTE regular) programme of NIRDPR.•Initiated Open Source GIS in NIRDPR and still all trainings are majorly based on Open Source GIS.•Initiated use and establishment of ODK Server for use of Mobile data collection in NIRDPR research studies.•State Link Officer (SLO) of HIRD, Nilokhedi, Haryana from NIRDPR.•Head, Construction and Maintenance Unit-II, 2023 onwards: Taking care of Gardens and Construction/Maintenance works.•Technical evaluation with site visits of Non-Recurring Grant proposals of SIRDs/ETC for around 25 SIRDs and ETCs around the country.•Visited Sri Lanka for presenting a paper and Madagascar in relation to establishment of CGARD center. •Filed the patent for Indigenous Flexi-Tube level for levelling operations at Grass root levels as an alternative for costly and cumbersome auto levels.•General: Executed and monitored around 30 watershed projects for water harvesting and natural resource management, many rural roads and buildings; part of around 11 research studies; conducted around 100 training programmes with 1600 sessions and more than 3000 participants of middle and senior level from rural development around the country at NIRDPR and its off-campus programmes at State Institute of Rural Development (SIRDs) at almost each State in the country.
