Recently graduated from Hamline University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a minor in Women's Studies. While at Hamline, I was involved in plasma research at the Hamline Plasma Laboratory where I researched the degradation of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) using Cold Atmospheric Pressure Plasma (CAP). During my undergraduate years, I also worked as a General Chemistry tutor in the Center for Academic Success and Achievement office (CASA), as well as a Teacher's Aid in the General Chemistry Labs. Outside of chemistry, I also worked as the marketing manager for the Student Activities and Leadership Development (SALD) office and Hamline Peer Wellness Educators, where I worked closely with Hamline's Counseling and Health Services. Currently, I am working at 3M center as a Technical Aide in the Electronics Materials Solutions Division, where I am working with Senior Researchers in the adhesives lab. Throughout my time at Hamline, I was awarded the American Chemistry Society 2023 Undergraduate Award in Physical Chemistry and won second place at the National Science Division Lund Speaking Competition. I also received an Outstanding Student Leader Award from the Student Activities and Leadership Development Office. Some certificates that I have received during my undergraduate collegiate career includes a Microsoft Excel Associate Certificate, a Microsoft Excel Expert Certificate, and an American Chemistry Society (ASC) Certificate.
