Develop, implement, and manage education initiatives for Southeast Region(Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee)-Oversee, designed, and founded the Southeast Region No Place for Hate® antibullying,diversity education initiative implemented by over 300 public, parochial, and private school, impacting thousands of students, educators and parents-Direct A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE Institute, premier anti-bias, bullying prevention, and diversity education program providing training for educators, students, families, and others in the school community, as well as anti-bias programs for community organizations-Oversee Confronting Anti-Semitism program which provides opportunities for teens and their parents to explore constructive and effective responses to anti-Semitism, in particular addressing issues with religion in public schools.Connect experiences with anti-Semitism to broader mission of fighting all formsof hate.-Oversee all aspects of organizational development and administration of education programs-Oversee board committees for education programs-Present to corporate audiences, community groups, and professional organizations and provide workshops for local, state and national conferences-Work with development team to identify and write grants and recruit sponsors/partners for education programs. Raise approximately $50,000 annually in program funding.

Managed, developed, and implemented pluralistic, adult Jewish programs formetro Atlanta.-Directed the Florence Melton Adult Mini-School in Atlanta, a two-year,pluralistic, sequential Jewish education school for adults, developed in partnership with Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Served as “principal” for this400 student, two-year adult Jewish education school, the largest in the country.-Developed post-Melton course of study, with retention rate of 70%.-Recruited, hired and supervised faculty of 10-15 top Jewish educators, including rabbis and local university faculty.-Involved in all aspects of organizational development and administration, including oversight of annual program budgets of approximately $300,000, including development and fundraising.-Created active volunteer committees.-Directed community Ulpan-Developed outreach programs to previously underserved populations, including parents of young children, interfaith families, and those considering conversion-Worked with synagogues to develop complementary education programs and to integrate Brill Institute students as leaders in Jewish education for their own synagogue communities.

Co-founded and helped organize an association for homeless men working out of day labor temporary services. Worked to improve working conditions and create better employment opportunities for members.

Founded and directed membership organization to involve college students and young people in community work to address issues of poverty in Atlanta.-Recruited student volunteers from college campuses, including Spelman, Emory, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech.-Directed full-time summer internship program-Connected interns and members to community organizing initiatives, such as Welfare Rights Union, Tenants United For Fairness, and Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless-Worked with students to develop other projects such as monitoring police harassment of homeless and action-research supporting community initiatives-Helped students develop campus chapters
