Implementation of a global strategic liquidity management implementation involving a number of key regulatory reports. • Successful implementation of Liquidity Reports to Asian and European Regions requiring full understanding of the end to end process and extensive stakeholder engagement across different business areas.• Set up, trained and managed a Data Validation Team of 9 (4 on-shore; 5 off-shore) that required strong engagement with business stakeholders and understanding of liquidity policy, retail and investment products and SQL. Solution required full understanding of the complex end-to-end process to facilitate and fast-track resolution of variances between current manual reporting and future automated process. • Key focus around design process improvements, resolution of underlying configuration issues requiring engagement with 3rd party software developers and identification of ongoing Data Quality improvements.

Significant deliverables included:-• Identified significant income opportunities in conjunction with improved transparency and underlying controls in relation to fee recognition, balance sheet and economic transfer agreements (which followed the outcome of a successful negotiation process). • Structured attractive deal economics for a legacy portfolio, liaised with key stakeholders and co-ordinated seamless execution process that delivered significant upside and reporting clarity.• Improved transparency and effectiveness of the month end close.
