This mainly includes L3 VPNs, and L2 VPNs (Pseudo wires), MPLS Traffic-engineering alongside dynamic routing protocols. * Working with multiple vendor Routers and Switches (Juniper, Cisco, HUAWEI, & MikroTik) * Configure and manage GRE tunneling to route traffic between different Layer-3 networks. * Construct and manage different types of VPN (IPsec, GRE, IP-IP, EoIP, PPTP, L2TP, etc.) * Monitoring Client nodes using SolarWinds & WhatsUP(For MPLS Link) Gold monitoring tools.

* Ensure proper technical support to all clients according to the online ticketing system. * Network performance monitoring, tuning, and reporting. * Configuration, Implementation, and Maintenance of Data, EPON & GPON Networks. * On-site customer support with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a short time. * Understanding Network, Identifies Problems, troubleshoots, and providing Technical Support * Configure different types of routers and troubleshoot (Linksys, TP-Link, Tenda, MikroTik, Asus, etc). * Ensure that TTs are resolved or reported as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). * Device Provisioning and Installation & maintenance of the network up * Communicate with customers via email and phone * Monitoring the network system using Dude, and Cacti etc. * Ticket generating, forwarding & follow up quality, * Collaborated with colleagues on the improvement of network infrastructure in order to increase reliability, and effectiveness, and reduce expenses.
