Workforce Specialist
Current- Handle scheduling inquiries and provide information to potential and current employees.
- Assiste with maintaining up-to-date information on call center volume and productivity.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports
- Process a large volume of e-mails on a daily basis.
- Organize and maintain employee attendance files.
- Handle inquiries, provide information and procedural advice to manage employee issues with scheduling, managing time off requests, and shift trade requests.
