As a Founding member of Sistema.bio India Subsidiary, play the Strategic & Operational role for Product Development, Fulfillment, Implementation and Field Operations

Built capacity for Bio-digester Adaptation, Fulfillment, Implementation & Service across 14 states in India. Co-developed Program proposals for partners and funders to ensure outreach to 50,000 rural users for clean energy & Biofertilizer. Led key Technical collaborations with Government and Institutional stakeholders.

Led Strategic Pilots and Field Demonstrations of Sistema's Advanced Biodigestor technology for small and Mid Scale farmers and Institutional use in 3 states - Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka. Developed farmer centric solutions, programs & Operating models, and built implementation & fulfillment capacity from scratch

Co-developed and Implemented "Resource Recovery Centre" model for community scale diversion of landfill waste by 98%. Piloted, scaled this model with 2 ULBs in Uttar Pradesh. Developed Project proposal to manage city level 15 T/day Winter gourd Food industry waste in Agra.

Developed Product roadmap and v1.0 of Domestic Biogas products for small hold dairy farmers in India. Translated lab results to Field prototypes and early stage production runs with Manufacturing partners in India & China. Led the development cycle from TRL 3- TRL 9

Developed new range of Energy Efficient Industrial lighting product concepts

Founded and led this cross disciplinary team which worked with Innovators and entrepreneurs in early stages of MedTech Concept development. Our scope of work included clinical research, ethnographic studies, concept development to concept prototyping. Our typical output was to create a minimum viable concept that could be used for clinical validation & fund raising for these early stage enterprises.
