Lead the efforts to restore the Risk/Issue/Opportunity (RIO) Management process in the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) directorate under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Program Management Office (PMO). Established the process of integrating portfolio RIOs at the directorate level and periodic review of business plan (BP) goals. Collaborated with stakeholders, fostered open communication, and established trust and accountability throughout the ATS directorate. As a RIO manager lead, I conducted RIO Process training across the PMO and established best practices which were adopted by the ATS and the Surveillance directorate.
