Oversees daily operations of the organization, as well as implement the local board's strategic plans. Facilitates planning activities to ensure that financial objectives are met. Develop future leaders. Lobby at the local, state and national levels.

Managed the day to day operations of the 39th Rotary Club in the world - The Rotary Club of Dallas and the Dallas Rotary Club Foundation. She worked directly with the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees. She also managed financials, events, composes the weekly newsletter, marketing materials and manages the website and communications of the Club. As Dallas’ premier service organization, The Rotary Club of Dallas is comprised of members representing many ethnic groups, cultural backgrounds, political persuasions, religious affiliations, business and civic arenas. Members of The Rotary Club of Dallas enjoy the association of over 200 business, professional and civic leaders, as well as the association of over 1.3 million members of 33,000 clubs worldwide. Membership provides the opportunity for personal and professional growth while developing long-lasting friendships within this diverse group of people working together in the interest of humanitarian service while having fun, building goodwill and spreading world peace.
