Out of my sheer passion for gaming, I have been managing and leading the mobile game production at a startup, focusing on hyper casual and casual games with several overlapping roles. As well as managing a team of game developers and artists.• Brainstorming new ideas, deconstructing game play mechanices and generating concise Game Design Documents (GDD) based on agile approach. • Prioritizing tasks based on their impact, with problem solving approach based on working smart rather than hard to be more time efficient. • Researching market trends with tools like Sensor Tower and Store glide, to stay up to date with new HC game play mechanics and themes.
