Offer Management Analyst
Current- Leading various revenue assurance projects which have resulted in a total revenue increase of $805,950 for fiscal year 2024 and a projected revenue increase of $3.5 million for fiscal year 2025.- Review financial data as related to various requests for special pricing and identify risks associated with legal terms, product descriptions, and price concessions; use keen business judgment and financial knowledge to defend and debate pricing recommendations.- Support multiple sales teams with guidance on pricing, pricing structure, and strategy, and negotiate large contracts with customers.- Key working relationships with Direct Sales, Senior Executives, Legal, Product Management, Regulatory, Billing, and Network Engineering teams.- Dedicated resource for Channel Partners team and designated trainer for new hires in the Offer Management department.- Manage the department email inbox and handle all questions, complex pricing requests, and high-cost scenarios; assign cases to the Offer Management team from the department queue.
