Designed and constructed a machine learning model pipeline that measured the economic impact of different clauses in preferential trade agreements, under the supervision of MTI Economists. My project helped to inform the negotiation strategy of Singapore's trade representatives.

- Wrote path optimization algorithms for a potential robot logistics network in Punggol Digital District- Estate planning: researched and presented on latest payments and retail tech

- Wrote the Daily Vaccination Report, consumed by the Cabinet and Prime Minister of Singapore- Optimized data handling workflows using scripting in R, saving ~4h of labour per workday and reducing the risk of human error- Constructed logistic regression models relating to bookings on the National Appointment System for COVID-19 vaccines, providing actionable insight to the Ministry of Communications and Information and the People’s Association on strategies to improve vaccine take-up in Singapore

- Designed financial architecture of a non-profit organization- Produced 4 theatrical shows independently, having no support from school- Raised $28,000 in funding from public and private organizations, eg. National Youth Council, National Arts Council, National Council of Social Service, Singapore Press Holdings Foundation- Prepared TRC’s first set of financial statements which were presented to the Registry of Societies- Built schedulebot, a constraint programming algorithm which automates rehearsal scheduling, in Python

- Improved JTC’s industrial rental forecasting model with the inclusion of leading indicators, slashing error rates by up to 40%- Built office and retail forecasting models from scratch, cited in pricing papers reviewed by JTC's Board- Introduced and feature-engineered machine learning methods such as XGBoost and decision trees to predict unit-level occupancy rates using proxy data- Translated JTC’s Automated Valuation Model from Stata to R
