Senior Business Analyst
CurrentAs a Business Analyst at my company, I play a pivotal role in developing ERP systems and mobile applications for our US clients. My responsibilities involve collaborating closely with US stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, concerns, and operational contexts. By identifying key business requirements and challenges, I ensure that our solutions are tailored to their specific demands.I conduct thorough research on US healthcare laws and government regulations, which allows me to provide well-informed proposals to our clients. I convert the gathered requirements into detailed technical documents, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and release plans. These documents are critical in guiding the implementation of systems and applications.My role also includes managing the project backlog, prioritizing tasks, and planning releases to ensure timely and efficient delivery. I work closely with IT teams and external partners to validate and oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.Additionally, I conduct product testing to ensure functionality and reliability before deployment. To facilitate a smooth transition for end-users, I create comprehensive user guides and provide training, empowering them to effectively utilize the new systems and applications.
