-Administration: +Register work permit for expats +Prepare labor contract, service contract, seasonal contract and offer letter +Follow up probation/contract ends and do the following tasks +Manage employee database, leave record +Work with Social Insurance department and ensure the SIHIUI of employees is contributed on time and exactly +Organize health checkup program-C&B: +Prepare monthly payroll +Calculate bonus and other files as required +Manage all the numbers and make comparison then give advice to the superior

*Administration:■ Manage employee data in good situation, update employee profile timely in system■ Make monthly report such as: labor report, Headcount report, and others as assigned by line manager.■ Make labor contracts, appendix labor contracts and some promotion/salary adjustment letters for employees as provided information■ Support other team members in administration.■ Solve and carry out employee’s requests as well as line manager’s requests related to Social Insurance, Leave Record, Work Permit, and other admin jobs*C&B:■ Make Social Insurance report, prepare documents and submit to Social Insurance Department on time every month.■ Make monthly payroll, final payment for resigneers as well as others related to compensation■ Be in charge of PIT finalization for all employees■ Be in charge of some benefits for employees such as: Optional Health Insurance, Discount Program and Personal Accident Insurance*Recruitment:■ Screen CVs and phone interview for Senior Business Development Associate position for VNW Sales Department■ Recruit interns for HR Department and train them some admin tasks, then help them to improve themselves■ Corporate with other departments to deliver Wow! Service to employees

■ Receive e-mail daily from customers■ Solve and carry out customer’s requests according to process■ Research information■ Compress and process data■ Support, follow up and send feedback to customer once complete duties■ Make weekly and monthly reports.
