Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all physical facilities and equipment at the manufacturing plant. This includes managing building systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the maintenance team to support uninterrupted production.

- Manage the upkeep of manufacturing facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Optimize energy usage and implement cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, construction, and upgrades.
- Negotiate service agreements and contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the maintenance and facilities team.
- Conduct training programs for staff on equipment handling, safety, and emergency protocols.
- Develop contingency plans for emergencies, including fire, power outages, and natural disasters.
- Act as the primary contact during emergencies, ensuring rapid resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the facility's efficiency and sustainability.
- Evaluate new technologies for energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Vietnam

******Facility Operations:
- Daily, weekly, monthly supervise and report Power consumption, Water consumption, Operation and maintenance of all Facilities system such as electricity system including high & low voltage power, BMS, mechanical HVAC system, compressed air system, liquid & Gas system, process cooling water for production, fire protection system, building services,...
- Responsible for improvement and optimization system in order to meet high effective in machinaries operating, equipment and energy saving to achieve weekly KPI for electricity/water consumption of plant.
- Managing technicians to operate facilities system 24/24.
- Conduct and supervise the installation of Solar Energy System, follow up and report about operation of the system.

******Maintenance:
- Schedule maintenance in order to do preventive maintenance program and managing annual maintenance contract of Vendors.
- Controlling budget for machine repair & maintenance, building maintenance of department as well as work closely with Purchasing and Finance dept to make sure budget every quarter as forecast.
- Forecasting and breakdown budgets as well as costs will be used for the next years.
- Responsible for managing and evaluating vendors to carry out maintaining & repairing jobs for utilities equipment follow contract.

******Others:
- Work closely with Manufacturing engineering team to go estimated cost, timeline for relocation new line setup in production as well as renovation layout for building and office.
- Provide immediate support for production in case of equipment downtime
- Work with EHS team to make sure safety issues of plant.
- Work with main Contractor to follow up timeline for new projects.

Vietnam

- Operate and maintain power and water system, pumps and other mechanical and all electrical operating systems.
- Conduct scheduled inspection and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Daily check and record temperature, pressure, and electricity to ensure optimum energy usage
- Responsible for the completion of all assigned maintenance schedules and figure out the
optimal maintenance suggestions to apply to work
- Performs basic carpentry and other handyman type duties (paint walls, ceilings
and other surfaces as assigned)
- Provide immediate support for production in case of equipment downtime

Vietnam

- Check and control counter/pressure gauge
- Check Gas detecting leakage sensors, Diesel/Gas pipeline systems
- SHE daily check (fire alarm, Air compressor system, Electrical generator, Pump systems, Hg sensors detected high heating, …)
- Operate and control electrical system cabinet (such as Ampe check, Voltage check, change-over generator and the power grid, …)
- Control gas air compressor gauge while distributing gas system operating
- Maintain electrical generators (replace lubricants, cleaning, …), Diesel pump machines, Diesel filter
- Install and maintain electrical 2-phased system at shopfloor
