As the company pivoted, I collaborated with Director and other business departments to build an e-commerce platform eco-system, such as:- Customer Service portal: Collects customers' feedback from all sources like email, fanpage in near real-time to one central system, pre-processing these feedbacks and helps CS Department improve their workflow.- ROAS and ROI Management portal: Collects data from Facebook, helps the marketers effectively manage their ads by showing profit/loss in real-time.- Inventory Management/Operation portal: With a large number of orders from multiple sources, this system provides full information, so the operators work easier and more precisely.- Risk Management portal: Dispute, Chargeback, long Transport time, Bad feedbacks? This system tracks all those things, visualizes them to charts. So all the departments, especially the Director can see the health of the company and make decision.- Selless: a seller's storefront. Helps the seller set up a selling page in an easy way with pre-defined products and contents.

I was one of the first employees of this start-up company.- Lead a team to build Upinus - An Automated Supply Chain Platform for all Internet Retailers. This app was published on the Shopify store, it had a large base of users with high traffic and create a revenue stream for the company by taking fee on processing the order for the seller. As the company pivoted, this project was closed.- Lead mobile and back-end teams to build Jetfri - an online e-commerce platform that facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. This is another revenue stream of the company by directly selling the product to the customer. As the company pivoted, this project was closed.

- Find the Bottle Neck of the System, and figure out the solution to make the system more reliable.- Design and Implement asynchronous solutions for processing orders: solving distributed transaction problems, the workflow of the order process, and the logging system that can be used to recover the process after incident.- Find the solution to build the next version of Adayroi, which can be more scalability than the current one.- Build Rest API and Authentication system using OAuth 2.0 for the Adayroi mobile app.

I was the developer of doko.vn. It's a social network for document sharing. It had grown continuously for 4 years - with more than 1.4 million members, and more than 3 million documents. At the peak, we had more than three thousand new members per day and nearly 200k visitors per day. The project was closed on 05/2016.Some of the projects relate to Doko are:- Automatic Document Handler: Automatic removal of duplicate and tagging documents from their content. We had a large number of documents (3 million) and the documents were continuously increasing, so we needed a way to handle documents fast, 24/7.- Document Search system: Searching is the most important feature of the social network for documents, this system handles a large number of requests per day.
