Hrbp Manager
Current*Talent planning and monitoring- Work with Function Leaders with resources planning and resources monitoring- Work with Talent Acquisition team to recruit talents for the functions - Manage approval and offering process- Manage new hire communication and on-boarding process- Support mass recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives*Talent development and performance management- Manage performance management process- Support Function Leaders in setting up and monitoring individual KPI matrix- Support in implementation of career development programs*Other roles- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and provide HR supports throughout employee life-cycle- Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters- Provide guidance on HR policy and answer staff queries on HR related issues- Complete HR projects at Vietnam and SEA as required - Provide HR reports as required
