Product Engineer – Subsea Distribution Solutions.• Design subsea production flow systems: Subsea Umbilical Termination Assembly (SUTA), Steel Tube and Hose Flying Leads (Hydraulic, Chemical Injection, etc.) and Electrical Flying Leads• Design Subsea Fixed (Inboard) and Removable (Outboard) Junction Plates, including Parking Plates, Removable and Fixed Test & Flush Plate and Short and Long Term Covers.• Design shop use and surface Test and Flushing Plates• Create system design basis specifications, system assembly diagram, bill of material, assembly drawings, interface drawing, equipment functional design specification, factory acceptance test procedure, load test procedure and operation and maintenance manual.• Read and interpret the system hydraulic and electrical schematics.• Analyze and resolve product non-conformances as well as fabrication and installation issues and Create engineering change request (ECR).• Work with customers and project management to resolve issues and complete projects on time and on budget• Project completed: Chevron Deepwater, Angostura Drill – Quip, BP Juniper, Angostura PH3, Stone Cardona Extension, Stone 15 K, OneSubsea JSM Phase 2, Stone Energy Pompano, and BP Quad 204, • Software use: SolidWorks and Enovia

Mechanical Requisition Engineer- Gas Turbine Generator Packages.• Provide engineering solutions for the issues of Nonconformance Report (NCR) • Provide technical solutions to the shop floor issues for the work in progress (WIP) units• Create engineering change request (ECR), Engineering change order (ECO) through effective Root Cause analysis (RCA) and take corrective actions for Supplier Deviations Requests (SDR) • Participate in Issues Reviewing Meeting (IRM) to present issues with appropriate solutions• Software use: AutoCAD, and Enovia

Product Process Engineer-Servers.• Use a variety of methods and tools to maintain the responsibilities that includes determining the quality of manufactured products to meet the standards enforced by the manufacturer. Report findings and analyze them to improve or change manufacturing process• Create and maintain Work Instructions on HP Server products for assembly operators• Analyze product component drawings and reproduce SolidWorks drawings through Bill of Material Database System• Investigate and analyze technical problems, recommend solutions to redesign mechanical, hardware and software components of HP Server. • Train assembly operators on the basic processes and engineering systems

Product Engineer-Subsea Equipment.• Design subsea production control systems: Subsea umbilical termination assembly (SUTA), steel tube flying lead (SFL) and Hydraulic flying lead (HFL).• Create system design basis specifications, system assembly diagram, bill of material, assembly drawings, interface drawings, equipments functional design specification, factory acceptance test procedure (FAT), and operation and maintenance manual (O & MM). • Read and interpret the system hydro-electrical schematic, and system hydraulic schematic• Software use: SolidWorks, AutoCAD and SAP

• Produce the cross section drawing of Umbilical products by using AutoCAD • Produce the SolidWorks drawing for subsea hardware such as terminator and flange.• Generate data sheets for the cross sectional drawing using DUCO software• Perform metallic tube sizing and review client’s technical specifications • Software use: SolidWorks and AutoCAD

• Create and maintain work instructions ( WI ) on Hewlett Packard server products for assembly operators• Analyze product component drawings and reproduce SolidWorks drawing through Bill of Material Database systems• Support to ensure all manufacturing activities are in control and standard procedures are being followed• Investigate and analyze technical problems and recommend solutions for mechanical redesign hardware component of HP Server and ensure corrections are made. • Train assembly operators on basic processes and engineering systems• Software use: SolidWorks and SAP
