Serve as a member of USIP's Asia Center’s senior management team and play a central role in the management of the Center’s resources and in supporting program operations in the Asia region and in USIP HQ (Washington DC). Lead in resource management of the Asia Center’s growing portfolio of programs, as well as in coordinating the Center’s strategic planning and annual planning processes. Ensure strong and effective administration, finance, human resources, security, and program monitoring, evaluation and learning systems are in place across all Asia Center programs. Represent the Asia Center in a wide range of meetings, briefings, and planning processes that relate to resource management and operations of the Center.
