I was responsible for managing the data requirements for multiple client accounts. After being promoted from the role of Project Administrator, I worked closely with the Project Managers to identify issues and resolutions to ensure projects were completed within budget and efficiently. Taking a proactive approach in the management and co-ordination of multiple GMP reconciliation projects and ensuring output was efficient, whilst providing on-the-job training and creating new or improving existing processes when deemed necessary.Tasks:- Provided cost benefit analysis, proposals and regular project status updates for multiple projects.- Liaised with clients on a regular basis to ensure their requirements were met.- Created and analysed large datasets in order to automate solutions to complete project tasks efficiently.- Facilitated on-the-job training for Administrators to ensure projects were progressing in an efficient manner.- Successfully managed multiple projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, completing the necessary work efficiently and within budget.- Created process notes and training guides for all new projects.Achievements:- Created and implemented a successful training programme in Pune, India. This involved training and overseeing a team of several new starters on new and current processes for projects that involved collating information from scanned images with the viewpoint of digitising data so the GMP element of the state pension could be reconciled for multiple Pension Administrators. As a result, administrative output had an average of >90% accuracy and allowed the business to outsource project work whilst reducing costs and improving efficiency.- Created all administrative processes within the Data Assurance Team, along with the relevant process notes and training guides, allowing the team to work more efficiently.
