With 34 years of extensive experience in the safety industry, I have honed my skills in facility management, claims handling, and data analysis. Over the past two decades, I have specialized in examining loss data to identify trends and implement effective safety measures. Most recently, I served as the Director of Safety for a Fortune 500 company, where I led initiatives to enhance workplace safety and reduce incidents. Currently at IMA, I focus on building intuitive dashboards that help our clients understand and visualize their loss data, enabling them to make informed decisions and improve their safety protocols. My career is marked by a commitment to creating safer environments and driving continuous improvement in safety practices.

Oversight of a variety of activities over this 16-year period. Everything from loading trailers to managing facilities. Cargo Claims mitigation, accident investigations for the corporation along with managing liability claims for over 700 claims per year while litigating $3M in lawsuits annually. Task force lead to better improve safety committee functionality as well as facility audits to training development and execution. Worked the local desk as well as the national desk as one of the premier less than truck load nonunion carriers while specializing in locating lost shipments within our network. Problem solving skills had to be put to the test daily.
