Leading the UX function at LastPass since 2019 (now exclusively on LP) - My aim is to build the LastPass UX team from the ground up (started with 3 people in 2019, now we're past 30 with 0 attrition in the last 3 years). Focused on hiring the best people, maturing the organization's UX practice including research, design and content and to have a fluent partnership with product, engineering, marketing and sales/customer teams.We managed to start rolling out the new generation of LastPass user experiences (more to follow), established a multi-platform design system. We're working on to get LastPass' solutions to the next level with a learn-more / aim-better approach, through efficiency, collaboration and data.
