I was head of coordination team for two professional associations, namely the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) and the Asia-Pacific Association of Communication Directors (APACD): strategy and implementation of all associations’ activities; business development and establishment of a new association in Asia-Pacific; responsible for external and internal communications as well as marketing; developing a cross-media content strategy, identifying and positioning key topics; international project management, e.g. coordinating conferences with up to 600 participants, award competition; leading a team of four employees.
