As Lean Partner with a focus on digitalization and data analytics, I am leading and executing projects within the drug bottling and packaging process of Roche Pharma Mannheim to optimize processes and improve our product quality. The respective products are for example Herceptin (breast cancer drug).

As project lead for the Digital Value Chain Coagulation project I am supporting the business area for coagulation to implement a data lake that contains all the internal product data. This data will be used in a second step to analyze specific use cases to give information on improvement potentials and find new correlations.

As project manager for Digital Transformation & Public Policy I work on a variety of different tasks concerning digital skills, political environment for digital technologies and the implementation of crossfunctional technologies. Developmentof training content & community organization for 15.000 employees.- Accelerate Technologies: Leading of crossfunctional groups for theimplementation of digital technologies and to accelerate them within the Germansites. Lead of the eSignature project for the finance divisionincluding the digitalization of a variety of different processes.- Public Policy: Preparation of panels, visits of high level politicians and partycongresses. Lead of the association member network within Roche with ~100members.- Leadership: Project controlling, contract management, budget coordination,communication activities & leading of interns.
