Amparo Saúde is a pioneer Health Tech in the creation of a network of clinics focused on humanized care and health prevention, in addition to being a reference in remote and face-to-face Primary Health Care in Brazil.Since the time of the junior company I have been discovering new areas in the technology market. This time I've been working professionally as a product owner proposing solutions for the primary health care niche.This was an opportunity I had to work more closely on the decisions and directions that Amparo's projects have been taking, where I can experience a little more the strategic side and a little less the operational side of the technology development process.- Evaluation of feasibility and advantages of project proposals- Project development- Structuring epics and stories- Direct follow-up with the developer team (which I was part of)- Teamwork with the UX and design team- Jira- Scrum
