In more recent times I took on the challenge of new acquisitions in the agriculture industry, leading sales teams and process improvements that delivered unprecedented revenue and market share growth.These roles have provided me with experience in both light and heavy industries, holistic functional leadership, all types of customers and interactions, public, corporate, global and private family-owned businesses.
