Currently I'm leading a team working with GPU hardware IP development. I have line management responsibilities as well as project technical lead responsibilities. My main technical area is GPUs specialized for automotive and functional safety applications. Through this work I have got hands-on experience of leading development of HW IPs meeting requirements for ISO26262 certification. As part of the team that developed the first automotive GPU within ARM, I had the opportunity to influence how we adapted our development processes to meet the requirements of an ISO26262 product. My line manager responsibilities include leading a team of about 10 very high performing developers. Also, I am a member of a cross-site team of engineering managers, responsible for the overall GPU HW engineering team. I have participated in multiple successful HW IP projects, from early investigation phases to project completion, both as an individual contributor as well as different project lead roles. I have many years of experience with product delivery to customers, including preparation of deliverables at the right level of quality as well as customer support after the releases. I have several years of experience in using JIRA for task and defect management as well as project planning.
