As a Brand Design Manager, my essential duties/responsibilities are: - Develop the brand’s visual identity and make sure consistency is maintained across all media and communications.- Lead a team of graphic designers and motion designers to create and deliver brand identity assets, systems, and guidelines.- Collaborate closely with the Director of Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product Team.- Document, create and maintain Brand Design System and Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency.- Research and gather regular feedback to improve processes and design assets.- Mentor and guide designers with direct reports.- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity in the team.- Conceptualise and execute creative solutions for various media like our social media, conferences, events, editorial physical assets (booth stands, swag, pamphlets, white-papers…), and the branding part of our website.- Work on projects from creative concepts to production in close collaboration with other designers, copywriters, motion designers, and video editors. - Contribute to our brand evolution, exploring new solutions and supporting the marketing and growth goals.- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product design teams to define and find solutions for communication and product announcements. - Participate and lead conceptual workshops and ideation for video production projects.
