Her experience encompasses a broad range of transaction-types, including financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition, construction and development of improved and unimproved single asset and portfolio properties, with a focus on counseling national clients on the acquisition, development, and sale of multi-family and industrial properties, demonstrating her ability to guide clients through every stage of the process. With a focus on borrower representation on loans and financing throughout all levels of the capital stack including common equity, mezzanine and preferred equity, and debt, Amanda’s client base consists of developers seeking financing for various projects, sponsors looking to secure capital for large-scale ventures, and private equity firms and REITs involved in real estate investments. Additionally, she offers invaluable support to both landlords and tenants, skillfully preparing and negotiating office, retail, industrial and ground leases nationwide, as well as providing operational assistance.
