Planning inter-element testing between space vehicles. This includes fluid/propellent commodities, guidance navigation and control, and docking test. Performed trade on where to perform vehicle level environmental testing between various test sites around the country. Included identifying vehicle test levels, configuration, and size requirements. Worked with manufacturing engineers to influence design so that appropriate test points were on the vehicle to verify system requirements. This included test and break points at various levels of assembly.Coordinated effort with sub-system teams to verify flight components had a qualification plan compliant with SMC-S-016 and the company standard.

Design and perform testing for the pneumatic and actuated system for the New Shepard propulsion module and crew capsule. This includes valves, regulators, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic actuators, and various sensors. Led qualification test campaign for the environmental control and life support system for the New Shepard crew capsule and the hydraulic motor for the propulsion module. Work with in house software to perform automated testing. This includes modifying GUI panels, writing and adjusting test scripts, and creating procedures. Developed procedures for vehicle level systems test. Involved working with flight avionics and software to perform different vehicle test and working with production floor to schedule test around build schedule. Coordinated with production control to prioritize acceptance testing for components for vehicle installation.Assemble test team and played critical role in training new employees at Blue Origin in best test practices.

Design, coordinate and execute acceptance and qualification tests for development and flight hardware across multiple launch vehicle platforms.Produce machining and fabrication quotes, maintain schedules, coordinate procurement and manufacturing of materials to support testing.Resolve test anomalies, provide resolution and communicate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
