I am a creative and technically-oriented individual. I tackle solutions even where others are afraid and unsure😉I always pursue a long-term vision.My father, along with two partners, founded EL-VY, a traditional elevator company from Chrudim, 32 years ago💪👉 I started working at the company as an intern when I was 16.👉 Later, I pursued studies in mechanical engineering to continue contributing to the company and be a valuable member.The tradition continues❤️In 2020, we completed a generational transition and took over the company from the founders - myself as CEO, my brother, and a colleague from the company, leading the firm forward according to our prepared strategy.Our plans are much larger:✅ new headquarters✅ new machinery and technology✅ research and development✅ expansionAt EL-VY, we primarily deal with special elevators and lifting equipment, which others find challenging. These projects require high expert knowledge and often involve significant risk😎🚢 One of our notable projects, of which I am proud, is the Orlík ship elevator, which opened doors to further special contracts.👉 an extremely challenging project - no one else wanted to take it on👉 even within the company, there was disbelief, so I had to find new collaborators who are still with us today💪👉 I involved an architect, and as a result, the work is beautiful👉 I personally supervised and visited the projectI am very pleased to lead the EL-VY team towards innovation and expansion, and I look forward to the new challenges and projects ahead.💪When I’m not overseeing projects or driving the company forward, I enjoy rock climbing and ski mountaineering. 😉These hobbies help me cope with discomfort and risk, which is also useful in my professional life.Website: https://www.el-vy.cz/Email: jan.holec@el-vy.czPhone: 777 777 202
