I was 23 Years old when I went to a technical school to become a technical engineer. I did it additional to my work as metal sheet fitter. My first job as an engineer was in a small valve production company. After this I got a better assignment in an engineer office as piping engineer. There I started my carrier of 25 Years’ experience of greenfield plant planning. After designing the turbine pipe arrangement for Cerestar in Germany, I expected that this will be the summit of my carrier, because I designed successful everything by my own, included pipe class and P&ID`s. I learned more about steam lines, stress calculation and special pipe material. Until this time I was working mostly in small projects in a small team where I was the only piping engineer and developed my design style and knowledge. Then I got the assignment with Bayer Technology Service in Shanghai. Here I developed to a piping engineer with more responsibilities and learned more about teamwork and guiding a team of up to 20 engineers, designing of big chemical plants with 2500 pipe lines like the TDI core plant in Caojing and jacketed lines. To get a big team of piping engineers aligned to a unic design style, I created design guidelines, training sessions and trained young piping engineers at the weekend. My knowledge of Visual basic helps me to simplify my work as lead engineer for progress tracking verifying and updating lists. I like very much to train young engineers in system piping skills and enjoy their development.
Listed skills include Piping, Engineering, Construction, Visual Basic, and 6 others.
