Run weekly report to identify open work orders. Assists in closing out tickets.Bills service work. Coordinates with marketing and sales for leads on projects.When an installation is completed, contacts marketing and sales hand off, so they can follow up with the customer. Handles warranty letters and follow up with internal team (engineering and sales) and customer.Scan and file start up documents. Assists service technicians with paperwork (e.g., work orders, tickets, purchase orders, etc.). Makes necessary motel/travel arrangements for service technicians as needed.
