Global - Director Value & Solution Engineering
CurrentGlobal Director of Value & Solution Engineering leads an international team of sales engineers responsible for supporting the company's global sales efforts with Global Outsourcers & Systems Integrators, Channel Partners & Strategic Hyperscalers. Key Responsibilities:-Develop and execute a global sales engineering strategy that supports the company's overall sales goals and objectives-Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales engineers, helping them to grow and develop their skills and careers-Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that sales engineers have the necessary resources and support to be successful-Act as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts and prospects-Work with the product development team to provide feedback on product roadmap and new product development-Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary technical knowledge to sell the company's products and services-Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape, and use that knowledge to inform sales and marketing strategies
