As a Case Manager, I guide internationally educated professionals through the regulatory and settlement processes with the goals being successful registration, sustained employment and social integration.In my current role as Case Manager with CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses I support internationally educated nurses (IENs) in Ontario back into practice as either Registered Nurses or as Registered Practical Nurses. I am versed in the licensure process for internationally educated nurses as directed by the College of Nurses of Ontario, able to effectively target job applications for the healthcare sector, and proficient in providing key settlement guidance to refugee claimants, Convention Refugees, Permanent Residents.
