I'm the founder, designer, pattern maker, cutter and machinist for my slow-fashion label - pocket. The label was born in July 2019, with the desire to utilise my skillset to help cultivate a stronger culture of care for our clothing. Each piece is designed, drafted, cut and sewn with great care at the pocket studio in Bates Mill, Huddersfield. I use predominantly dead-stock & second-hand fabrics in an effort to reduce the use of virgin materials and potentially divert textiles from landfill.
