I recruit, interview and assign persons to serve as mentors in the assigned program. I monitor the work of part-time mentors. I periodically review the performance of each assigned mentor. I submit necassary records for both treatment documentation and all other necassary records for agency payment. I manage requests for mentoring srevices and respond appropriately to such requests. I enter all necessary information for the program into agency informations systems. I facilitate communications between the program and payers for service. I assist with risk management and quality improvement activities related to this service and io perform other duties negotiated to meet agency goals and objectives.

Plan, prepare and implement idependent living skills classes weekly to all areas on campus. Document participation of clients during the classes and make suggestions in case notes. I provide on-the-job training for all new hires on the 2-10pm shift. I role model expectations for SAMA techniques, include verbal assisting process and the physical intervention techniques as applicable. Assist with monitoring the daily operations of the 2-10pm shift and report concerns or suggestions to the Intensive Services Coordinator.
