During my time with JFG, I acted as a liaison between our Advisors, their teams, internal business partners and our Clearing Firm to investigate inquiries, resolve escalations, track down answers, and share knowledge between all necessary parties. I also worked independently to create necessary process documentation to capture required steps and instructions for our advisors and internal business parties to use in order to perform their day-to-day processes and tasks.I relocated to North Carolina which is why my employment ended with JFG.

As a Business Consultant, I work across departments to understand the needs of our investment operations teams and facilitate relationships between business and technical resources. My focus is on addressing investment operation processes and the underlying systems that support those processes. I help identify options, develop requirements and business rules, and work closely with business stakeholders and technology subject matter experts to implement solutions for solving complex business challenges. Additionally, I am accountable for negotiating and communicating with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure expectations are managed and critical objectives are addressed. Upon implementation, I drive organizational change management activities to promote adoption of the change and minimize impact to people and processes.

I was a subject matter expert and team lead for the Investment Operations Advisory account opening team. This included investigating escalations, fielding inquiries, delivering training to new employees, performing quarterly investment system testing, consulting in projects, conducting monthly quality reviews, and updating internal procedures.

I provided assistance to 3 Trust Administrators by opening accounts, initiating the transfer of funds, updating cost basis and performing other support activities as needed.

I processed payroll for 100+ employees, scheduled interviews, attended career fairs, posted job openings, conducted interviews performed background and reference checks, and worked with employees to update medical records and HIPAA requirements.

I answered phone calls through the main switchboard, greeted visitors and checked in guests.
